This Policy explains how Fluere collects, uses, stores, shares and protects the personal data of visitors to fluere.ag, in accordance with Brazil's General Data Protection Law (LGPD — Law No. 13,709/2018), the Brazilian Internet Civil Framework (Law No. 12,965/2014) and the Brazilian Consumer Protection Code (Law No. 8,078/1990). These laws apply to all visitors, regardless of country.
The controller of the personal data processed on this website is:
Name, email, company/farm (optional), phone (optional), message and the website page from which the form was sent.
Email address, preferred language and the dates of subscription, confirmation and cancellation.
When you accept this Policy on a form, we record the date and time, the purpose, the Policy version, the language and the exact text you accepted, as proof of consent (LGPD, Art. 8, §2).
IP address, date and time of submission and browser identification (user agent), collected when forms are submitted.
We do not collect sensitive personal data (Art. 5, II) and we do not use cookies, tracking pixels or behavioral analytics tools.

We do not use your data for automated decision-making, we do not build profiles and we never sell or rent personal data.
Contact messages are forwarded to the Fluere team's mailbox (fluere@cerensa.com).
The hosting provider's servers may be located outside Brazil (for example, in the United States). In such cases, the transfer is carried out under the conditions of Art. 33 of the LGPD, with providers that adopt security and data protection safeguards.

These periods are applied automatically. At the end of each period, the data is deleted or anonymized.
Under Art. 18 of the LGPD, you may, at any time and free of charge:
How to exercise them: write to fluere@cerensa.com with the subject "LGPD", stating the email address you used on the website. We may ask for information to confirm your identity. We respond within 15 days (Art. 19, II).
Newsletter: every email includes an "Unsubscribe" link that removes you from the list immediately.
If you believe your rights have not been respected, you may also file a complaint with Brazil's National Data Protection Authority (ANPD) — gov.br/anpd.
You are not required to provide personal data. However, without your name, email and message we cannot respond to your inquiry, and without your email you cannot receive the newsletter. The rest of the website works normally without any data.
We adopt technical and administrative measures to protect data (Art. 46), including: encrypted connections (HTTPS), accepting forms only from our own website, submission limits against abuse, credential-restricted access to the database and the administrative panel, and automatic deletion according to the periods above. In the event of a security incident that may cause relevant risk or harm, we will notify the affected data subjects and the ANPD (Art. 48).
This website does not use cookies or similar tracking technologies. Fonts and other files are loaded from our own server, without sending your data to third parties. If this changes, this Policy will be updated and we will ask for your consent beforehand.
The website is aimed at agribusiness professionals and companies and is not intended for people under 18. We do not knowingly collect data from children or adolescents (Art. 14).
The website contains links to Instagram, LinkedIn, WhatsApp and media outlets. When you visit them, the privacy policies of those services apply.
This Policy may be updated. The current version and date are always shown at the top of this page. Relevant changes to the purposes will be communicated and, when necessary, we will ask for new consent.
